Our mark

Read the logo.

  1. The motto

सर्वेन्द्रियाणां नयनं प्रधानम् — “Of all the senses, sight is foremost.”

  2. The eye

Two strokes, maroon and green, draw the shape of an open eye.

  3. The iris

At its centre, a monument: the city itself, held in view.

  4. The saffron field

Warm, open and hopeful — the colour of the whole mark.

Draft · This reading of the logo is a draft for Delhi Drishti to confirm.

Our story

How Delhi Drishti began.

The story of how Delhi Drishti started — who began it, when, and why — will be told here.

Our vision

A Delhi where no one lives with poor eyesight simply because care was out of reach.

Our mission

To bring eye screening, vision testing and eye-health awareness directly to underserved communities across Delhi, and to help people take the next step towards the care they need.

What we set out to do

Draft · The vision, mission and objectives await approval by Delhi Drishti.

  1. 1Hold free eye check-up camps where eye care is hard to reach.
  2. 2Help people recognise vision problems early through screening and testing.
  3. 3Build awareness of everyday eye health among children, adults and elders.
  4. 4Guide people who need further treatment towards appropriate care.
  5. 5Encourage eye donation through the pledge (sankalp) initiative.
